Small scale replica of WWII Higgins or ELCO plans about 16 Foot long for lakes and playing.
Where can I find these type of plans that could have a small 9.9 out board.
I'm Navy retired and interested in possibly building one to kinda look like a PT boat.
I was on the PC boats out of Little Creek Va.
