Help with Steering rigging installation for 1958 Penn Yan Runabout

I am looking for guidance or even a quick Zoom call regarding the installation of cable steering rigging into my recently restored 13’ 1958 Penn Yan Runabout.

My grandfather bought the boat from the Montgomery Ward catalog in 1958.

The boat was stored mostly inside in North Western Maine until last year when I brought it home to renovate.

I found a 1958 Johnson motor and had it fixed up locally.

I found a vintage, but still in box and sealed and wrapped steering wheel and cables and pulleys.

Boat is done and registered and now need the steering installed and don’t want to mess around this close to finishing.

Mine is also 1958 run about but different plans.
