Dan Kidney

I have recently came across a Dan kidney and sons builders duck boat in perfect shape.
It's missing the oars and canvass cover, that would have hidden the hunters.
It appears to be for two huters head to head for layout hunting.
Other wise perfect shape. was in a barn for who knows how long.
I want to make an offer,but don't want to low ball or pay to much.
Any suggestions on what to offer?
