This is a very special, one of a kind, cabin cruiser, built by a local boat builder for his family's personal use in the early 1950's.

Each beautiful line was hand shaped by him.

The boat was taken out by the family on many trips and holds many fond memories for all who boarded her.

She even kept the family out of debt by hosting chartered fishing trips for a few years.

The boat was passed down for several generations until the youngest member decided to sell the boat.

The man who purchased the boat from him had good intentions to restore the boat to its original beauty, since time had taken it's usual toll on the wooden boat and it was in need of some TLC.

After gutting most of the interior, he decided he just didn't have the time to commit to the job, what with his family issues that arose.

That's when we stepped in, in hopes of bringing the glory days back to such a beloved and beautiful boat.

We actually lived on the boat, while docked in the water, for a few months, while we did some restorations.

The engine runs perfect, we put on a new alternator, new starter, new lights, new instruments, interior paint, wood stain, etc.

We ran out of funds before we could finish, but we had her pulled out to dry dock to re-caulk, but haven't had the time to go back and finish that, since we live 3 hours away from the shipyard.

I hate to give her up, but I feel we don't have the time or the money to commit to her, so it is only fair to pass her to someone who does.

I hope to sell her to someone who can finish what we started and who will share photos with us after completion of the restoration.
